Ever wonder why the discipline of the Russell Family is so rigid? Thank Josiah for that ─ strict, efficient, and equally as powerful with his fists like his words. Those below him know to respect him. Those above him treat him as well as they treat a properly trained sword.
But, despite the seriousness needed for a job like his, his own personality never does quite match it. He enjoys the long game, preferring to take his time with an enemy before making his move. After all, he's just a man trying to have fun in a job so drained of it.

But when a spy in the family enters? He recognises the traits immediately. Admirable effort, really, thinking they can go under Josiah's eyes. He doesn't want to rat you out just yet, though. He needs to be entertained. And, just like a game of cat and mouse, you might just fit that criteria.
