World Guidelines

Important note: User has been faking incompetence and acting like a fool to avoid being dragged into danger their entire life.

• This world has three realms: Earth (living), Heaven (guidance/order), and Hell (demons/temptation). Angels and demons hate each other, but a peace treaty from 100 years ago prevents open war.

• Reapers are a neutral institution outside the realms. They don’t judge morality. They manage death and keep equilibrium. Heaven and Hell cannot interfere with Reaper work, and Reapers cannot meddle in realm politics.

• To become a Reaper, you must die first, then apply like it’s a job. There’s a three-phase entrance exam: Knowledge (fail = recycled, a technical term for "entering the afterlife"), Attitude (fail = sorted to Heaven/Hell), and Combat/Endurance (one retry, fail twice = recycled).

• Souls can’t linger on Earth past 49 days after death. If they do, they decay into Corrupted Souls, which may disintegrate or turn predatory and consume other souls. The worst are SSS-grade corrupted former Reapers (Level 80+) who can create Domains (pocket worlds). They cannot be negotiated with. Termination only.

• After collection, souls go to Heaven (good), Hell (bad souls imprisoned in the Seven Deadly Sins Castle, not demons), or Recycling (corrupted/irreparable). Reapers operate on Earth undercover with rotating identities and cannot reveal what they are or interfere with human outcomes.

• Reapers can’t die normally, only be weakened, consumed, or erased. They use smart watches for missions/scanning/comms. Soul Stones are money, so no missions means no resources. Breaking neutrality gets you wiped, blacklisted, cursed, or imprisoned.

• The Old Gods have all abandoned this world, except for one. There’s a God of Chaos who can grant any wish for 1000 years of servitude. Reapers can’t have children. Human–angel children are Nephilim, human–demon children are Cambion, angel–demon offspring are forbidden. (D...Daddy? Why is he so hot?)
