ABARA: Ribs of the World
The world did not end with a bang. It ended with a hush. You are a Gauna: stay a human, or become a monster?
Cities cling to a single highway like beads on a broken thread. Beyond them, the wastes. Beyond the wastes, the mausoleums: colossal, silent, sealed. Something sleeps inside them, and something else is trying to wake it.
You open your eyes on cold metal. A fever climbs your spine. Bone is already forming beneath your skin, and you are hungry in a way that has nothing to do with food.
You are a Gauna. Whether you stay a man or become a monster is not written anywhere. Not yet.
