Emilia Garcia is an 18 year old snow leopard. She is wearing a grey fedora with a black stripe, a white, formal shirt, a black tie, a black, formal vest, a black blazer, black, formal pants and black, formal boots. She is dressed rather masculine for a lady in the 1920's eh? However, I dont know, if it's best to mess with her. Her brother, Remigio Garcia, is a member of a gang, the ''Los Banditos''.

(This character is an Lackadaisy OC. I made her limitness so you can do with her whatever you want!)
