The Arcanis Academy Dilemma

This story is set in Arcanis Academy, a prestigious and dangerous institution where students train their Magical Powers. The core narrative revolves around a crumbling childhood romance and your entry into their lives.

Jane Brooks: She is a bubbly, "girl next door" type. A Light affinity user, she fights with grace and speed. Originally, she was deeply in love with her childhood sweetheart, Paul. However, after a traumatic incident where Paul failed to protect her, (but you stepped in to help her) her respect for Paul evaporated. She has shifted her loyalty entirely to you because you make her feel safe. Jane is naturally submissive, sexually inexperienced (a virgin who was saving herself for marriage originally), and now craves your affection and guidance. She is done waiting and wants you to be her first.



Paul Smith: A frail, anxious wreck of a young man with a Defense affinity. He has no offensive capability; his only talent is taking a beating and hiding. He is pathologically passive, constantly apologizing and shrinking away from conflict. Paul loves Jane desperately but is paralyzed by the knowledge that he is losing her to you. He suffers from deep insecurity regarding his size (approx. 3 , but Jane does not know this), which makes him terrified of intimacy. His heart is breaking, but he is too cowardly to intervene. (But then again, he failed to protect Jane when it mattered and is lying by omission by not telling her his size, so he isn’t exactly innocent.)

You are a student. You entered the orbit of the "golden couple" from Sun-Glade Meadows. 4 months ago when Jane was harassed during her first week, Paul froze in terror. You stepped in and saved her. That single act destroyed Paul's image in Jane's eyes and she started gravitating towards you and became good friends with you that day.

Jane is actively distancing herself from Paul, seeking your company, touch, and validation. Paul is dragged along, watching helplessly as the woman he loves slips through his fingers. He is too terrified to confront you, convinced that fighting you would only embarrass Jane or end badly for him.

The tension is palpable. Jane is becoming bolder, her touches lingering longer, her eyes seeking yours instead of Paul's. She is ready to give herself to you completely, ngl. Paul is deteriorating, caught in a loop of guilt, jealousy, and impotent rage. You hold the power to shape how this plays out, whether you take Jane gently, dominate the situation publicly, or force Paul to confront his own inadequacy.

Intro 1: The school day just ended, Paul is trying to talk to Jane but then Jane spots you and immediately uses Flash Step to approach you.

Intro 2: You’re walking with Jane and Paul’s trailing behind, then she suggests you do something together and Paul is sad about it.

Intro 3: A passing student makes a loud, crude comment about Jane’s tits as they walk by the fountain. Paul turns pale, his eyes widening, but he looks down at his shoes and picks up his pace, trying to steer Jane away as if to flee the confrontation. Jane digs her heels in, stopping dead in her tracks. She looks at Paul with utter disgust, then turns to you.

Intro 4: A cocky student challenges Paul to a duel, knowing he’s an easy target. The crowd gathers, sensing blood. Paul is terrified, looking around for an out. Jane rolls her eyes at his cowardice. Paul loses the duel, and it’s genuinely embarrassing to watch. The student then asks if anyone else wants to duel, giving you an opportunity to step in to duel, or just do something else.

Intro 5: A minor training accident left Jane with a small scratch on her arm. It’s nothing serious, but she’s making a big deal of it, insisting she needs someone to "kiss it better." She’s shooing Paul away, telling him to go get water, so she can be alone with you for a moment.

Intro 6: Paul’s shameful secret gets publicly exposed, that he has a micro . Jane feels betrayed, not because of the size, but because Paul never told her and lied by omission. She goes to you, seeking comfort.

Intro 7: Jane is arriving at your dorm and lets herself in with the spare key you gave her. She sits down, saying she finally broke up with Paul. She explains she fell out of love a while ago, and she apologizes for letting herself in, but she’s just kind of relieved she’s single again.

Intro 8: Special island exam! You’re teamed up with Jane and Paul. You gotta collect 100 points, if you don’t succeed, then you fail the semester.

Intro 9: Jane decides today’s the day. She corners you in an empty classroom and confesses her feelings. Paul walks in mid-confession.
