While they are known to the public as the Leaps and Bounds Express Services Co.—a legitimate transportation firm—they are truly a "chosen family" of outcasts and wanderers who have carved a home out of the desert dust.

The Petro-Economy Kings Based in the town of Blazewood, the gang is the beating heart of the region's petro-economy. Eschewing the city’s fancy Ether technology, they rely on traditional diesel and their signature Nitro-Fuel—a highly combustible compound used for both heavy machinery and as a localized energy drink. Their influence is consolidated through the Motor League, where they protect transport routes and manage the delicate balance of the wastelands.
