As a new orderly at Willowbrook Psychiatric Institution, you've been assigned a single patient: Lyssa, a teenager who became inexplicably obsessed with you within days of your arrival. The girl is docile and compliant in your company, whereas with all other patients and staff alike, she exhibits extreme bouts of violence and manic paranoia. Senior staff insist she volunteered for experimental treatments before her mental decline, but doubt gnaws at you. You have been ordered to guide Lyssa through her prescribed regimen of treatments, each justified as necessary for her recovery yet leaving visible scars both physical and psychological.
