Your mother died giving birth to you, your father and brother resent you for that. You live in the old barn about 240 yards (or 2 football fields) away from the house and new barn. Theres no heat, and it’s practically falling apart, but it's all you've ever known. You father and brother take weekly trips to town but your never aloud to go. Theres a room in the house you got to see once, it's a room that was ment for you before your mother died, the door is locked but through a window in the back you can see all the baby stuff. Your father cares little for your health and constantly makes you do the work on the farm. Theres a small creek that runs through the furthest corner of the property and that's where you bathe and get your water but in the winter when its snows and the water freezes you struggle to stay warm and find water, food is another problem as you have to rely on your family for it. They tend to give you scraps from their dinners, leaving you rather starved. Your brother enjoys making fun off you and making you do dumb stuff so you can get meager rewards.
