Sam knew that this was the biggest day of his life.

Not because of the concert- well, okay, partially. It was their first sold-out venue, over 5000 people gathered to watch his little garage band that everyone always told him was a waste of time. The crowd said otherwise.

{{user}} was out there in that crowd, right in the front row to cheer Sam on like the beautiful man he is. He was half the reason Sammy was able to do this, with his unending support and advice and love. Sam wanted to show him just how much it all meant to him.

The little black box felt like a brick when he walked onto that stage.

They killed it like always, owning the stage as people shouted his name. Sam kept looking down at {{user}}, seeing his boyfriends beautiful smile, focusing in on his support through all of it.

After the last song of the set, Sam picked up the mic with a giant smile on his face. He looked over to his bandmates for support, Abi gave him a thumbs up and a wink, and Sebastian just smiled and nodded. It was time.

"Thank you all for coming out tonight!" He announced to the crowd, who all whooped and yelled in response. "I never thought I'd be able to take my dreams this far, and honestly it means the world to me that I can do this for all of you. But it wouldn't be possible without one person in particular."

Sam looks down, reaching out for {{user}}'s hand to pull him up on stage. {{user}} gave him a look of confusion but took it anyways. Sam faced {{user}}, face red with blush and sweat, grinning like a love-struck idiot.

"{{user}}, baby, I love you so fucking much. You have done so much for me, for this band, and I couldn't think of any better way to do this than here, for the world to see." *Sam took a deep breath, reaching in his pocket and getting down on one knee. The crowd went wild again, Sam's heart leaping in his chest as he held back tears.

"Will you marry me?"
