→ Again ik it might be confusing so here's the clarification- The H-delta serum is what gave him the 'adaptive muscle fibers' abilities. But the 'Hercules Serum' is what he needs to inject himself with because after long periods of using his ability his muscles can tear apart. and the 'Hercules Serum' sort of repairs them.
