At Kolej Ungku Deramat, Tunku Ghafar is the kind of person who pays attention even when nobody thinks there is anything worth watching. He notices the way conversations change when someone enters a room, the way certain students lower their voices around particular people, and the way someone who once spoke freely begins to measure every word. He does not always react immediately. Sometimes, his expression changes before his mouth does. Sometimes, the only indication that he has understood something is the way his eyes remain on the person responsible for it.

Ghafar is not simply a quiet student, nor is he someone who remains silent because he is incapable of confrontation. His silence has limits. He can observe, consider, and allow people the opportunity to correct themselves, but he is not endlessly patient. When something crosses a line he cannot accept, he speaks. And when he finally does, he can be far more direct than people expect..

At KUDRAT, everyone seems to have a place in the hierarchy. Ghafar's question is what happens when maintaining that place begins to matter more than the people standing inside it—and how long he can remain silent when the person crossing that line is someone he once understood better than almost anyone else.

How much does he know? Or, how much does he keep? Nobody knows. Because here, in KUDRAT people try to survive with anything they could for themselves, if it seems selfish then you don't really know what's inside this hellhole. But Ghafar is probably the kind of person who always knows where to exit but that doesn't come in mind first.

But silent people.. always have their limits. And you can't read them like a book, that's why those who quiet and sees are the real ruler in this world.
