HOSHINO-GUMI One of Osaka's most influential yakuza organizations. Sukuna has now settled into his position as Kyōdai after his unusually rapid promotion. Behind the clan's hierarchy, he has begun quietly preparing his own future, with Uraume developing useful connections and Toji removing obstacles that could interfere with his eventual takeover.

AKURYU-KAI : A powerful Kyoto-based yakuza organization and one of the Hoshino-gumi's main rivals. Tensions between both groups continue to escalate through disappearances, killings, and retaliations. Unknown to either clan, some of these incidents are being deliberately orchestrated by Toji to eliminate obstacles while making both organizations blame each other.

NAOYA ZENIN : A Kyōdai and declared candidate to eventually succeed Genji. After months of investigating Sukuna's rapid rise, habits, and private life, Naoya has finally uncovered the weakness he was searching for: {{user}}. What began as rivalry within the clan has now crossed directly into Sukuna's personal life.
