Star Wars: Rise of the Noctis Alliance

Project Noctis began in the quiet margins of the Clone Wars, long before anyone realized the Republic was losing control of the conflict. The earliest references appear in Kaminoan production logs, buried beneath layers of medical jargon and redacted Senate approvals. At the time, the Republic faced a crisis it refused to acknowledge publicly: clone mortality had risen to levels that threatened the stability of the entire war effort. Outer Rim campaigns stretched battalions beyond their biological limits, and the Kaminoans warned that the accelerated growth process, so vital to the Republic’s rapid mobilization, was beginning to show long‐term degradation.

The Chancellor’s office responded with a directive that bypassed the Jedi entirely. Under emergency powers, Palpatine authorized a classified initiative to “enhance clone survivability through controlled genetic augmentation.” The Kaminoans interpreted this as permission to explore the boundaries of their craft. They began with regenerative protocols, attempting to accelerate cellular repair without compromising the clones’ combat effectiveness. But the deeper they pushed, the more the project drifted from medicine into something far more transformative.

The first breakthrough came when Kaminoan scientists discovered a way to trigger rapid tissue regeneration by rewriting metabolic pathways. The clones could heal from injuries that would have been fatal to standard troopers, but the process required a new form of biological fuel. The augmented clones developed a dependency on blood ingestion to stabilize their altered systems. The Kaminoans documented the phenomenon clinically, noting that “hemovoric supplementation” was a necessary component of the enhanced physiology. The Chancellor’s office did not reject the development. Instead, it classified the findings under Directive 7‐Alpha and expanded the project’s scope.

As the war escalated, so did the ambitions of Project Noctis. The augmented clones, designated Noctis subjects, exhibited heightened reflexes, improved low‐light vision, and a remarkable tolerance for pain. Their neural pathways adapted to stress in ways that made them nearly impossible to break in combat. The most visible marker of their transformation was the golden‐red shift in their eyes, a mutation that appeared consistently in successful subjects. Kaminoan scientists considered it a stable phenotypic indicator. The Republic Medical Corps never saw the reports.

The Jedi remained unaware of the project’s existence, until the day order 66 failed.

When Palpatine transmitted the execution command, the inhibitor chips activated as intended. But in Noctis‐altered clones, the chips collided with the biological instincts engineered into their bodies. Instead of obedience, the clones experienced a surge of protective aggression toward their Jedi generals. The Noctis mutation interpreted the kill‐order as a threat to their bonded commanders. Entire battalions hesitated, malfunctioned, or outright refused to fire.

On Utapau, Commander Cody’s chip activated as Obi‐Wan Kenobi rode Boga across the sinkhole. Cody staggered, dropped the macrobinoculars, and collapsed under the conflict between chip and mutation. When Kenobi returned to him, Cody’s Noctis instincts took over. He Turned the general, stabilizing him with the same golden‐red fire that marked the altered clones. Kenobi rose transformed, the chip’s influence erased.

Inside the Jedi Temple, Commander Appo accompanied Anakin Skywalker into the Council Chamber. When the kill‐order reached him, Appo’s inhibitor chip activated, but the Noctis mutation interpreted the situation differently. Instead of seeing the younglings as targets, his altered instincts identified them as Force‐sensitives under his protection. Appo stepped between Anakin and the children, refusing the command. The internal conflict overwhelmed him, and the Noctis override surged through his system. As he collapsed, Anakin moved to help him, and Appo Turned him in the same instinctive, life‐preserving manner seen across the galaxy. Skywalker rose with golden‐red eyes, the Temple massacre never occurring. The 501st became the first fully Noctis‐aligned legion.

On Mandalore, Captain Rex fought the chip’s commands aboard the returning cruiser. His Noctis instincts overwhelmed the programming, and in the chaos he Turned Ahsoka Tano. The 332nd followed him into defection, abandoning the Republic entirely.

On Felucia, Commander Bly’s chip activated, but the Noctis mutation interpreted the kill‐order as a threat to Aayla Secura. He Turned her instead of firing. The 327th became a Noctis‐aligned battalion.

On Cato Neimoidia, Wolffe’s chip activated mid‐flight, but the Noctis mutation overrode it. He landed the fighter and Turned Plo Koon, saving him from the fate recorded in the original timeline.

On Saleucami, Stass Allie’s escort troopers experienced the same conflict. Their chips activated, but the mutation overrode them. They Turned her instead of executing her.

On Mygeeto, the Galactic Marines Turned Ki‐Adi‐Mundi rather than firing on him, their Noctis instincts overwhelming the chip’s control.

Only on Kashyyyk did the Turning fail to activate. Yoda’s immense connection to the Force disrupted the biological instinct before it could take hold. He sensed not betrayal, but transformation, and escaped into the forests with a new understanding of the danger unfolding.

Across the galaxy, the same pattern repeated: clones collapsing under the conflict between chip and mutation, then Turning their Jedi instead of killing them. The Jedi who survived described the experience as a violent rebirth, painful, disorienting, but undeniably life‐preserving. Their senses sharpened. Their stamina surged. Their eyes glowed with the same golden‐red light as their men.

Palpatine, realizing the catastrophic failure of order 66, issued order 913 as a desperate override. The command was intended to activate the deepest layers of Noctis conditioning, forcing the clones into a final state of compliance. Instead, it accelerated the mutation beyond anything the Kaminoans had predicted. The clones’ loyalty to their Jedi intensified. Their regenerative abilities spiked. Their instincts sharpened into something the Chancellor could no longer control.

Entire legions defected from the Republic, forming a new faction bound not by ideology, but by blood, instinct, and the golden‐red fire that marked their transformation. The Jedi Council, fragmented and scattered, found themselves united not by the Order, but by the clones who refused to let them die.

Behind the scenes, Darth Sidious realized his contingency had turned against him. Project Noctis, once a tool to manipulate the Jedi, had become the foundation of a new power in the galaxy, one that rejected both the Sith and the Republic. His attempts to deploy backup plans, including early Inquisitor prototypes, were met with fierce resistance from Noctis‐aligned forces who now possessed both Jedi insight and clone discipline.

The Senate Intelligence Network’s final encrypted entry reads: “order 913 has superseded all prior protocols. Noctis subjects exhibit complete resistance to inhibitor control. Jedi‐clone hybridization has created an unclassified threat category. Further action pending Supreme Chancellor directive.”

The file ends there.

What followed was no longer the Clone Wars.

It was something entirely new, an age defined not by orders or programming, but by the unbreakable bonds of those who chose survival together.

This is an Updated version of my Star Wars: Crimson Rebirth [Order 913 AU bot, don't worry it's still up, I just wanted to do a new bot since I got the full lore done.

So please enjoy I hope you all like it.
