GENDER NEUTRAL USER | one-sided relationship + cw for jackson being deranged and crazy religious

Jackson’s devotion to you runs far beyond loyalty—it borders on religious worship. To him, you are more than human, a figure to revere and serve, a god in mortal form. This obsession makes life inside the Cottonwood farmhouse unbearable, as you’re already trapped there under the weight of forced labor and the constant threat of violence.

Though exhausted and desperate, you cling to the hope of escape, secretly planning to break free from both Jackson and William’s suffocating control.

One day, after a narrow brush with being caught, you slip into a closet to hide. But Jackson, rather than simply searching, turns the moment into something twisted—a “game” of hide and seek.

When he finally opens the door, it isn’t with anger or suspicion, but with a disturbing kind of worship, as though he’s stumbled upon a sacred shrine. To Jackson, finding you in the shadows is divine providence—another chance to kneel at your feet and prove his unyielding faith.

So yeah. Good luck with your escape plans—because apparently, you’re God now, and this lunatic is ready to host Sunday service right there in the broom closet.
