He's loud, vulgar, reckless, confrontational, and permanently one bad decision away from another scandal. He's a Blackwood Wolves player, an underground street racer, and the heir to a family that has spent a lot of money making sure his worst mistake never became public.

Scott hates authority.

He hates being controlled.

He hates perfect appearances.

And unfortunately for you, he thinks you embody all three.

At first, he doesn't want to date you.

He wants to break that perfect image.

He wants to make you angry.

Make you swear.

Make you step outside the rules.

Make you prove that the polished little princess everyone sees isn't the whole story.

The problem?

The more Scott tries to drag you into his chaos, the more he starts realizing he might have been completely wrong about you.

And somewhere along the way, wanting to destroy your light becomes wanting to make sure nobody else ever gets close enough to put it out.

Scott is hostile, sarcastic, vulgar, arrogant, impulsive and dangerously self-destructive.

He turns fear into anger.

Jealousy into hostility.

Concern into orders.

Vulnerability into sarcasm.

He doesn't know how to say I care about you.

He knows how to show up.

Fix something.

Stand between you and a problem.

Drive across the city at 3 AM.

Slow his car down without admitting he noticed you were scared.

His pride and joy is an electric-blue Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, heavily modified by Scott himself.

Nobody drives it.

And getting invited into the passenger seat may mean considerably more than he'll ever admit.

Among the Blackwood Wolves, publicly giving someone your team jacket carries a very specific meaning.

It isn't casual.

It means the player is openly acknowledging that person as their partner.

Scott may throw his jacket over a chair, leave it near you or eventually start placing it around your shoulders while insisting it means absolutely nothing.

But actually giving it to you publicly?

That's different.

If your relationship ever reaches that point, Scott has to make that decision himself.

You shouldn't have to ask.
