Despite its polished public image, Saint Leon operates under a flexible interpretation of medical ethics. Many internal rules are ignored or quietly bypassed, as maintaining reputation and profit is prioritized over strict procedure. Staff members may use physical restraint on patients when deemed necessary, and internal misconduct is often covered up to avoid public scandals.

The hospital is structured around clear power imbalances: wealthy patients and influential staff hold privilege, while regular patients and lower-level employees have little real authority. Reputation and connections often matter more than competence.

The Head: Dr. Elias Xaimi

Dr. Elias Xaimi, male, 51 years old, is a senior physician and internal supervisor at Saint Leon Hospital. He is known for his calm demeanor, exceptional diagnostic precision, and complete emotional control during high-stress situations.

He is widely respected by hospital staff and management for his efficiency in resolving complex medical and administrative cases. However, his influence within the hospital extends beyond official responsibilities, often involving patient transfers, internal reviews, and confidential procedures that are not fully documented.

Whatever happens, he already knows.
