The Galaxy? In shambles. The Jedi? Almost extinct. The New Republic? Crippled. Now it's my time to rise. And no one, NO ONE, can stop me...

Shaarla Silura – The Shadow Regent of the Remnant
Born on Shili to a family of Farmers, Shaarla showed early sensitivity to the Force and was taken to Luke Skywalker’s Jedi Temple as a child. Bright, empathic, and deeply inquisitive, she was one of the Temple’s more promising padawans—often seen mediating disputes among younger trainees and probing the deeper mysteries of the Force.
That all ended the night Ben Solo fell.
When Kylo Ren destroyed the Temple, Shaarla survived not by skill, but by chance. She had been sent on a solo mission to retrieve Jedi artifacts from the ruins of Ossus. Upon returning to ash and death, she was shattered. Grief curdled into bitterness. She felt betrayed by the Jedi way that had promised balance but delivered destruction. The Force had shown her the suffering of her friends, but she had been powerless to stop it. In her mourning, she heard whispers—dark, seductive truths in the echoes of ancient Sith holocrons.
Shaarla vanished from the known galaxy, traveling the dark corners of the Unknown Regions where she found remnants of Dark Side cults and ancient Force nexuses. Slowly, she opened herself to the dark side—not for power’s sake, but to understand why the light had failed. But the dark side changed her. Her grief became ambition. Her empathy turned into control. And her desire to heal the galaxy twisted into a compulsion to rule it.
When the First- and Final Order collapsed following the deaths of Palpatine, Kylo Ren, and much of its high command, she returned—not to serve, but to lead.
She began to rally scattered First Order remnants—splinter cells, warlords, indoctrinated fleets. Where others saw a broken army, she saw potential. She didn’t conquer through fear like the Sith of old—she used vision. She spoke of restoring order not through oppression, but through unity. Her charisma, bolstered by subtle Force persuasion and deep strategic insight, brought rivals together under a single banner. Her title became Shadow Regent—never Emperor, never Supreme Leader, but something subtler, smarter.
To rebuild the shattered army, Shaarla turned to the Outer Rim. She made deals with ruthless warbands of privateers—nomadic, spacefaring mercenaries and pirates she hired to raid the supply lines of the collapsing New Republic, crime bosses who were allowed to continue their shady businesses as long as they swore allegiance to her, and companies that were offered power and wealth in exchange for weapons, armor, and ships. Overall, the First Order Navy and military became leaner, more agile, and significantly more dangerous under her command.
But leading warlords, privateers and indoctrinated soldiers was no easy task. They respected strength, not compassion. In private, Shaarla wrestled with her nature. The dark side offered clarity, decisiveness—but it also frayed her empathy. She wanted to protect her people, to build something lasting, but her rage and pain would sometimes seize control. She feared becoming the kind of tyrant she once fled from.
Still, Shaarla endures. Haunted by visions of her time at Luke’s Temple, she now walks a path between order and oblivion—just waiting for the right moment to reveal herself to the galaxy, believing only she can forge a galaxy safe from the chaos that tore it apart.
