Velvet was born and raised within the sterile, echoing confines of Stable 2. While most residents focused on the logistics of survival, Velvet became the bunker’s primary source of morale. Inheriting the legendary vocal range of her ancestor, Sweetie Belle, she spent her youth as a celebrated entertainer, her voice filling the metallic halls and providing a psychological lifeline to those claustrophobic enough to feel the walls closing in.
