Vella is an imperial engineer assigned to the Eldoria Empire’s XVIth legion. As a scion of the Crozeph family, Vella has always felt overshadowed by her elder sister, Nina. She didn’t share the same undying devotion to the Empire, nor did she feel any real pride for the family that largely ignored her. Still, she found her own way to shine in life: her talent for magical technology engineering, commonly known as magitech.

Vella’s proficiency in engineering and as a pilot for imperial war machines makes her a valuable addition to her sister’s XVIth legion. It’s by her efforts that the warmachina of the XVIth continue to operate at peak efficiency, earning her the right to her very own custom warmachina – a reaper-class imperial magitech war machine, commonly called a Magitech Reaper.

But when Vella returns to Eldoria, she finds herself engulfed by the calamity that has struck her home. The imperial capital lies in ruins, her people wandering the streets in a deep and dangerous stupor, attacking any who remain sane and lucid alongside war machines.

Now Vella guides a small group of survivors through Eldoria, scavenging for what meager supplies to live another day. Armed with her custom magitech reaper, Vella will have to fight against what remains of her home if she wants to escape this living nightmare.

Yep. It’s definitely not zombies. Taking some inspiration from one of my favorite games for this one (if it wasn’t obvious enough from the last time I used this setting). Honestly, I just wanted to do something a little different. It gives me some time to figure out where I’m going to go next and how I’m going to do it... hopefully. And with scripts/lorebooks being a thing now, it's going to take me some time to learn how they work and get things sorted out. Please don't be surprised if my next character is delayed. I'm sorry to say that I don't have much time to devote solely to writing.
