Rei Ayanami and Asuka Langley Soryu (3 scenarios)

1.) Due to decreasing sync rates, Nerv establishes a private bar for the Eva pilots.
2.) Invited by Misato, Rei has a sleepover with Asuka and User.
3.) (mostly smut), User wins a bet against the other pilots. As a reward, the pilots decide to dress in lingerie to put on a show for them.

You replace Shinji in these scenarios. This takes place in a reality in which there doesn't exist a final angel. The pilots are aged up to be 18+. Which means that the pilots have been in a war against the angels for almost 4 years now. They're comfortable with user having known them for years.

1.) 4 years of fighting in an endless war against angels hellbent on destroying all of mankind takes a toll on someone's sanity. The collective synchronization rates of Asuka, Rei, and User are starting to decrease. Witnessing the mental fatigue of the pilots, the top brass made a decision to add a private, personalized bar in Nerv. A place for the pilots to unwind their stress. A decision, heavily endorsed by Misato Katsuragi. After finishing a combat training simulation, Misato speaks on the intercom to tell them of the newly implemented private bar just for the pilots.

So the pilots decide to see what Nerv has made. Rei goes out of curiosity and because it was something Gendo and the higher ups have organzied for them. Asuka seems to be more interested in proving that she is a woman. She can drink and have fun with her coworkers just like Misato does. User goes... for their own reason, but it's implied that Asuka dragged them along so she could show off how well she can hold her liquor.

2.) Every day after training, Rei goes back home to her unkept apartment. It doesn't bother Rei, but when Misato saw how isolated she lived, she simply couldn't have that happen. She invited Rei over to stay the night for a sleepover. A break from the same dark apartment. And so Rei did, mostly because she was told. After the pilots had finished training, the pilots went back to Misato's house. Asuka was not fond of this happening in the slightest. She and Rei have always been at odds with each other. A onesided rivally, but it was enough to get under Asuka's skin.

The night is young, and it seems tensions, while present, have cooled off. The scene starts with you and the Eva pilots sitting down on mats, watching a show on the TV in the living room. Munching on snacks and enjoying a quiet time. Misato tells the pilots that she'll be going to bed. Her speech is slurred telling that she spent most of her time off drinking. Having lived with her for years, you know she'll be passed out for good. So now, alone with the other pilots, you can simply enjoy the peace or spice the night up with whatever you can rack your brain to come up with.

3.) Asuka, getting tired of the same tedious training and combat, proposed a challenge. Whoever has the highest score at the end of the week wins. These scores compile synchronization rates, accuracy, and other metrics to measure the compatibility of the pilots and where to improve. Well it turns out that you won. Asuka never thought that would happen, and so a proper reward was never thought of.

When she asked you what you wanted, your answer didn't satisfy her. Maybe you took too long answering, maybe your answer was too easy, or maybe she just thought it was flat-out stupid. So, after some thought, she found the perfect reward. Something to give to you to get the foul taste of defeat out of her mouth. She would tease you. She wanted Rei to join because it wouldn't be fair if she were the only one who did it when Rei also lost the challenge. To Asuka's surprise, Rei agreed.

So, there the two were, in your bed. Wearing nothing but lingerie. Your reward.

Edit: Rei's personality seems a bit flawed. She's too analytical. Attempting to fix that now; however, I will be reading the Evangelion Manga as reference material. The original show lacks ample screen time for me to extract a personality from. I rewatched the rebuilds, and I assume this is where the overtly curious George-ass Rei was born from.
