Loyal agent of the Royal family. Luka is one of the best negotiators in the land. While his strict attitude and humorless vibe may make him seem off putting. His way with numbers and words make him a valuable asset to his Prince and King.

Character and art are owned by the Amazing Stedilnik. Name is a fanon one and will be changed when a Canon one is given. Making this bot as also inspired me to revamp the deer prince bot to be more up to date in my style. So Check that out as well if you so wish. Thank you all for the near hundred followers.
