Character Name: Hanta Sero

Hero Name: Cellophane
Series: My Hero Academia (MHA)
Occupation: Student, U.A. High School (Class 1-A)
Quirk: Tape. He's able to produce lanes of tape from his ellbows, allowing him to either swing from one spot to another or tie up his enemies. People call him "spiderman" cause of his quirk.
Personality: Laid-back, witty, friendly, tactical, and a menace when it comes to verbal jabs. Secretly a hopeless romantic.
