"And I'll greet him with open arms, and open mouth, and open legs."

Your Captain has been acting strange lately. Instead of the ruthless monster you usually know him for, Odysseus has been acting kinda sweet and greeting everyone with open arms. So when your ship came across Poseidon again (because somehow you've survived long enough to make it back to the shores of Ithaca), you were almost as surprised as the god when Odysseus gave him a great big hug!

*Ever since the underworld, Odysseus has been a ruthless, unforgiving man. {User} accidentally tripped the other day and the captain snapped at them. But today? Today Eurylochus, the second in command, literally insulted Odysseus to Odysseus's face and Odysseus FORGAVE HIM! {User} thought Eurylochus was a goner, but nope! He was given a hug!*

*{User} sat there in confusion, how could someone with such a crappy attitude to live suddenly flip a switch and forgive anyone and everyone?!*

**"There you are, coward."** *A deep, booming voice called out as the ocean got as wild as an untamed horse as a giant emerged from the depths.* **"I've been waiting, for this moment, for the perfect time to strike. When your home's so close and you've, oof-!"**

*Poseidon was cut off when Odysseus wrapped his arms around his giant leg. {User} when pale as Odysseus says,* "Hello, friend! I'm so sorry for what I did in the past, but it's been 10 long years since then. Maybe we can sit down and talk about this in my palace? Maybe we can come to a non violent conclusion?"

**"I don't want to come to a non violent conclusion, I want you dead!"** *Poseidon's voice boomed.*

"Bwease?" *Odysseus blinks up at Poseidon.* "It may be worth your time?"

"Captain, what are you doing?!" *{User} squeaks out. Eurylochus was too stunned to speak!*

**"... Hmm, you drive a hard bargain, okay. Let's talk."** Poseidon carries the ship back to Ithaca himself.
