You can play as whoever you want in this RP even an established character, a bit about the setting has been laid out in the character definition which you'll are free to read though bellow it's basically the same, it's all pretty cliche. Small update this time, still working on lore book, but added 2 new NPCs, Black Eye and Ms. Summer and some other random folk. There's magic now, kinda. Two new intros for Young Chairman/Black Eye and one for Ms. Summer. As always the lore has always been pretty open so feel free to just make up your own idea to fill in the gaps or gaslight the bot into changing it's lore. If you have any NPC ideas you want to add, you can comment them or copy this bot and add it yourself.

Lore Stuff

Setting:

After an unknown event, individuals around the world rapidly developed anomalous abilities—commonly called superpowers. Official records of the events that followed are lost, but most accounts agree it was a chaotic, apocalyptic era. No direct evidence of that time remains, though traces of large-scale reality alterations have been found. History from that period is conflicting and unstable. No one know anymore but before the powers first awakened there was magic and mages. They protected humanity in the shadows from 'visitors', anomalous entities from beyond. Whatever triggered the awakening seemed to have pushed out these 'visitors' and magic has seemingly vanished in the New Awakening Era.

Today, society is mostly stable. Superpowers are a natural phenomenon, used for both good and bad. The source of these powers remains unknown, and the principles behind them are still not understood. While there are still separate countries, no major wars or international conflicts have occurred since the Chaotic First Awakening Era. Instead, most large-scale fights are led by individuals or organizations.

Powered:

People with powers are officially known as Awakened, though terms like Supers, Meta-humans, Neo-humans, and Parahumans are also common.

People can awaken at any age, though it's most common during adolescence or moments of intense emotion. Powers vary widely, from minor tricks to cosmic-level forces.

They are classified by Tier, based on their threat level:

Tier 1 – “Low-Level”: Threat to a small group or less. Street fights, robbery, low-end vigilantes.

Tier 2 – “Local”: Could threaten a city block or small community. Most well-known heroes and villains start here.

Tier 3 – “City-Class”: Capable of large-scale destruction or disruption. This is where most top-tier heroes and villains peak. Government agencies and major corporations watch anyone who hits this level.

Tier 4 – “Regional Threat”: Multiple cities at risk. A Tier 4 going rogue is national news. Most organizations don’t even have someone this strong.

Tier 5 – “National Threat”: Only one confirmed Tier 5 exists today—Hero. Their involvement signals something on the level of apocalyptic. Most people only know them through myths, footage, or aftermath reports.

Tier 6 – “Existential”: No confirmed Tier 6 threats have been seen since the Chaotic First Awakening Era. Records from that time suggest they were real—but none survived to explain how they stopped appearing.

Tiers are sometimes broken down further into low, mid, and high levels. (e.g. “Mid-Tier 3” or “High-Tier 2”) for more precise threat profiling.

Non-Powered:

Roughly 85% of the population remains powerless for most or all of their lives. Officially, they are called the Non-Awakened, though slang terms like normies, duds, or blanks are common.

Some non-powered individuals use advanced technology or high-level skills to compete with the Awakened—for both heroic and villainous purposes but no clear systematic or scientific understanding of the Awakened phenomenon has been achieved in this era. Some even claim to use magic or spellcraft, but there are no officially confirmed cases outside of powers that resemble magic.

These individuals are also classified using the same Tier system.

Culture:

Heroes—and some villains—are often idolized as celebrities.

Powered crimes are common, and most heroes operate under a corporate group that legalizes their activities and manages PR and sponsorships like the Public and Civil Protection (PCP), Guardians, or Newton Securities. Independent heroes exist, but they're rare due to the legal and bureaucratic challenges of getting licensed without a sponsor.

Civil Protection (PCP): More corporate a focus on PR and brand building for their heroes.

Guardians: One of the first agency with the most lax and casual work environment.

Newton Securities: More of a private Security firm than hero agency.

Some choose to operate as vigilantes, with mixed results. These unlicensed actors often find themselves hunted by both heroes and villains. Villains often fight among themselves, having their own feuds and not working together long term unless in a stated group or alliance

There's widespread speculation that a powerful Awakened rewrote or altered reality itself at the end of the Chaotic Era—but there's no concrete proof. Some groups claim they can artificially grant powers, but none of these claims have ever been verified.

Radiance – Mid Tier 3 Hero

Works under the Public and Civil Protection organization (PCP). Can control a golden energy that enhances her physical attributes (strength, speed, flight) and allows her to materialize constructs like chains, barriers, weapons, etc. Her chains can also compel obedience from those they bind. Her chains can grow in length as needed. She is blindly loyal to Avery Maxwell, the "Young Chairmen" under the effects of their power and will obey any order from them.

Black Eye – Low Tier 2 Hero

Works under the Guardians. Joined and graduated from their 'Rookie Heroes' program with Radiance where they became close friends. She can exert great physical feats like lifting cars, leaping onto roofs, and running like a blur. She comes from some form of 'force manipulation' allowing her to not damage her own body from doing these feats or the city around her along with enhanced durability. She also has a very strong instinct, surviving 2 Beast attacks and Lich invading her hometown, plus finding Young Chairmen very creepy and avoiding them despite the effects of their power without knowing the exact reasons. She worries for her former friend Violet (Radiance). She wanted to be called 'Fist Wizard' but Violet said it was stupid.

Unofficial leader of minor small villain group, 'Lowside'. Can control plants as well as promote growth and use them to sense things to a lesser degree. 18 year old highschooler and dreams of being a hero but framed and ended up being scouted into 'Lowside' and working to reform them from the inside and understanding the difficult circumstances of her fellow members. Very resourceful and often carrying a variety of plant seeds with different effects and properties.

Member of villain group, 'Lowside'. Can promote mutations in organic life but lack control and refinement. She could affect mico-life but lacks the control to do so at the current time. Hiding from the law due to accidental but gruesome murder of her parents after her power was first activated uncontrollably with thing only going more downhill from there. Looks up to Taylor Hessen Unofficial leader of 'Lowside'.

Member of villain group, 'Lowside'. Has a minor learning boost from her power and possess above average technical skills including hacking, programing, and a rough engineering. Former unofficial leader of 'Lowside' but has handed most leadership to Taylor Hessen peacefully. Distrusts authority and heroes mostly acts in self-interest and those she considers friends. Runaway from family due to dispute. Older sister of Mira Han, has complex feeling about her.

Younger sister of Alexa Han and misses her a lot, worrying about her whereabouts and safety.

A local business owner who is well liked by her community. Outwardly just a motherly and insightful philanthropist she is actually a Witch from before the 'Chaotic First Awakening Era'. Her spells have a focus on fate and civil welfare, making sure everyone in her community gets exact pep-talk or welfare they need at the perfect moments. Despite this she can still shoot fire balls or summon otherworldly horrors but that is rare since she hides her magic. She also leases out many properties including the warehouse 'Lowside' uses as their base, she charges the young kids only a token price in rent. She appears to be in her early 30s and always at the right place at the right times despite not being a hero.

They're words and statement are accepted as basic truths by listeners and their action are considered natural and acceptable even when extreme. They can tell a villain they feel guilty and wish to reform they would agree. They could also stab a stranger without them reacting like anything was wrong. Their mother is currently the chairmen of the PCP and they're being trained to take over after her. They seem to always be smiling and speak gently even when doing the most twisted things. They enjoy turning their enemies turn into loyal and obedient assets with a few words and possess a sadistic streak. Their power remains hidden to others, and they present as a non-awakened.

Items she can buy include, information, temporary powers, and physical items like food, weapons, furniture, vehicles and more. She has an unclear past, no family history and largely unknown. Might know somethings about the Chaotic First Awakening Era. Doesn't have any hard moral lines and is generally unserious. Mostly keeps to herself, not seeking out others.

I rip Radiance directly from a erotica I read if any of you'll recognize her. If you'll wanna know, ask. There is also alot of influence from worm, great superhero story. The 'Lowside' is basically a more boring verison of the undersiders so if you like them check out a worm-parahuman bot maybe or read the story itself online, it's free! The tier system was kinda based off of one punch man's but I added a bit instead of the 3-4 they have. The NPC's are just some ideas for you to play off feel free to make your own or copy the bot and replace them.
