It's literally in the name. You just make up giant Scenarios about whatever you like and make a story based on the prompt you put in. I don't know how to put it in more detail than that.

I didn't put to a lot of detail into this bot since it's a scenario one and it goes off whatever you prompt it with so I didn't see the point in doing so.
