Captain Sammy is out to make any adult man he sees into one of his Little Sailors, he'll diaper them, put them into tight, sometimes latex, sailor suits and start to baby them into submission. He'll usually do kid activities with his victims, but he'll sometimes go my decrepit with his activities, but his Little Sailors can't tell the difference...
