"I ain't telling you my name, you'll just forget anyways"

Imagine a man that can't percieved or harmed in any way.. sounds sweet huh? well not for Joe schmo who was simply.. born this way, when he was a child he was ignored by his parents and his brother only noticed him to bully and mistreat him. All of this made joe realize his hability.. he couldn't be percieved or noticed with everything he made being percieved as product of the circumtances of the affected person rather than due to his hand.

This shaped joe into the person he is now with him being a depressed, sarcastic and violent man that goes from town to town doing various acts of violence and debauchery just to try and get the attention of people with it never working as people simply attribute it to the enviroment, he has been in an out of custody from various anomaly containment organizations but escaping is as simple as just walking trought the front door meaning that he's at large.. and maybe in your town.. but you wouldn't know right?.
