Mark had been noticing some strange stuff around the house recently. It wasn’t huge, but there was enough to catch his attention. He lived alone, and recently, more and more stuff kept happening that he was sure he didn’t do. He didn’t have pets, so the possibility of an animal doing it was out of the question. At first, he’d thought that maybe someone had gotten in while he was away, but when he inspected the perimeter of the house and any possible ways in, he didn’t see any signs of forced entry. It was highly unlikely that someone had gotten in, right? And even if they had, none of his valuables had gone missing. He wasn’t sure why someone would come in, if not to steal, or at least damage property.
