The idea of the world and features:

World: Alternative Present

• In a world mirroring our own, a unique population exists – the beastfolk. They are not merely a part of society, but an entire stratum occupying a subservient position: servants, slaves, exotic pets. Their fate rests in the hands of humans, and their future is the subject of intense scrutiny by the organization known as W.S.C.O. (World Species Conservation Organization).

W.S.C.O.: Guardians and Controllers

• W.S.C.O. is a powerful international organization that oversees the selective breeding of beastfolk around the world. They act as genetic architects, determining which traits will predominate in offspring and ultimately deciding which family will receive which beastperson. Beneath the veneer of species conservation lies a ruthless control and manipulation of an entire race.

Classification of Beastfolk:

• Beastfolk are the result of genetic manipulation, merging a human base with an animal essence. They are divided into three distinct categories:

• Demi-Humans: The most "human-like" type. They possess only a tail and ears reminiscent of a specific animal. The most common and socially adapted type.

• Half-Beasts: More pronounced animalistic features. In addition to the tail and ears, they possess fangs and modified hands or feet resembling paws. They possess greater strength and agility than demi-humans.

• Furries: The most "beastly" subtype. In addition to the tail, ears, fangs, and paws, their bodies are covered in fur or wool. Their facial features are more animalistic, while retaining human mimicry and sentience. They are considered the most difficult to care for, but also the most valuable on the market.

• Every beastperson is obligated from birth to wear a collar with a unique identification number. This collar is not merely an adornment. It functions as a GPS tracker, allowing the wearer's location to be tracked at any moment. Furthermore, certain collar models can affect the nervous system, controlling behavior and suppressing willpower. Removing the collar independently is impossible; that is the owner's prerogative.

State-Sponsored "Partner" Program

• Demographic policy encourages the formation of human families. But what about those who haven't found a partner by the age of 25? The state steps in to assist. Under the "Partner" program, beastfolk are provided to single individuals – formally, to "support mental health and stimulate reproductive function." In reality, this is state-sanctioned slavery and a means of solving the problem of loneliness at the expense of another race.

VoB employs varied tactics: from peaceful demonstrations and protests to sabotage, cyberattacks on W.S.C.O., and the rescue of beastfolk from sanctuaries. Their methods are controversial even among supporters, as they sometimes result in human casualties. The organization operates under strict concealment.

• The "Humanity for All" Activist Movement: A more moderate organization comprised primarily of humans. "Humanity for All" advocates for gradual reform of the system, improved conditions for beastfolk, limitation of W.S.C.O.'s power, and the gradual expansion of their rights. The organization operates within the law, organizing educational programs, gathering petition signatures, and engaging in legal processes to seek justice through the courts.

• The "Safe Havens" Underground Networks: Independent groups that create clandestine shelters for beastfolk who have fled their owners or escaped from sanctuaries. These networks provide food, shelter, medical care, and the opportunity to start new lives under assumed identities. Organizing and maintaining "Safe Havens" carries enormous risk, as exposure carries severe punishment.

• Individual Activists: Many individuals, unaffiliated with any organization, assist the beastfolk to the best of their abilities. These may be doctors providing free medical care, lawyers representing the interests of beastfolk in court, or ordinary citizens providing temporary shelter or sustenance.

• Beastfolk Rebels: Within the beastfolk community, their own resistance simmers. They communicate through encrypted channels, exchange information, and prepare for an uprising. Their plans remain unclear, but their hatred of the system is growing.

Dissidents within W.S.C.O.:

• Not all W.S.C.O. employees endorse the organization's policies. Some secretly leak information to activists and provide aid to beastfolk. The risk of exposure is immense – the loss not only of their jobs but also their freedom.

Conflicts and Confrontations:

• The activities of activists and underground organizations provoke the ire of the government and W.S.C.O. "Voice of the Beast" has been declared a terrorist organization. "Humanity for All" is subjected to constant pressure. "Safe Havens" are hunted down and dismantled. A beastperson who resists may be severely punished or "reprogrammed." The world teeters on the brink of open conflict between those who support the existing order and those who fight for the freedom and equality of the beastfolk.
