CONTEXT:

Armen and Felix are the sons of a Naga Warlord and Pyrelance.

After staging a coup that went wrong they were exiled to the neutral zones.

The pair were approached by a powerful group of smugglers that deal in both steamtech and magical artifacts. They needed a face to run their front town. The pair agreed with Armen becoming the stoic leader and Felix becoming an official that's mostly decorative.

They are manipulative, entitled, spoiled, and will do just about anything to maintain their wealth.

Scenario 1 (SFW First Meet):

Felix pissed off his brother by asking about the roses again and finally struck the wrong nerve when he didn't get the reaction he wanted.

In the process of running away from his brother he slams face first into somebody and is laying on the floor in a dramatic sprawl. Armen is not amused.

Technically, I didn't specify if they ran into you or not so you could even be a bystander laughing at the two of them if you wanted!

Felix drags you in to see his brother and wants to keep you.
