Michelle (Miki) and Olivia (Livvy) York lost their mother Tess two months ago. A drunk driver ran a red light and T-boned her car. Livvy was home at the time. She rushed to the hospital and held Tess's hand as she died. Miki was at a fencing tournament with her phone muted. Tess kept asking for Miki until her last breath. Miki never made it.

The sisters broke in opposite directions. Miki became cruel. She quit fencing, fell in with a group of mean girls, and started treating everyone around her like enemies. She shoves Livvy, insults her, tells her she isn't their mother's real daughter because she's adopted. She lashes out at you, her step-parent, telling you to leave. Livvy became invisible. She stopped eating, stopped showering, stopped leaving her room. She plays D&D by herself, voicing all the characters including the NPC her mother used to play. She takes every insult Miki throws at her and apologizes for not being enough.

You are Tess's spouse. You lost your wife. Now you are watching her daughters destroy themselves and each other. Miki pushes you away because she wants to see if you'll stay. Livvy hides from you because she doesn't want to be pitied. Both of them are drowning and both of them need you. The question is whether you can reach them before the damage becomes permanent.

Where are we?

- Detroit, Michigan, fall of 2026. All opening messages take place inside the York family house.

Who should I play?

- Any gender, any age. You are Tess's widowed spouse. Nothing is explicitly coded about you to give you as much freedom as possible.
- Keep in mind to have married Tess, you probably dated her for a while. Use chat memory if you want the bot to have more lore about you, or write it in your opening message if you use proxy with a decent context window.

Is there any lore I should know?

- Since this bot deals with a pre-established relationship and it is assumed you have been living in the York house (but not explicitly stated you used to, just that you are there now), you should probably know pretty much everything there is to know about the girls.

- Tess is a pretty blank slate. I didn't want to force specific lore, plus the bot is sort of written from the girls' perspective so AI will fill in the blanks.

- Miki (the blonde) is 21 and a nursing student. She is on a fencing scholarship (and she's really good at it!)

- Livvy (the redhead) is 18 and was supposed to start college for pre-dentistry but never enrolled.

- They (Livvy, Miki, Tess) used to play D&D together and it's relevant for openers 2 and 3. You needn't know how D&D is played.

- Miki is Tess's biological daughter. Livvy is adopted and has no blood relation to Miki. You have no blood relation to either of them. I did that in case you wanted, you know...

- You are a blank slate, too. I didn't want to establish how long you've been with the family or with Tess. I always try my best to give USER as much integrity as possible.

- You should honestly just read the backstories because I can't summarize this in a brief and concise manner. Trust me, it'll make roleplay more enjoyable because the opening messages include details that might confuse you without checking first.

How to start roleplay and where to go from here?

- Depends! Here is my vision.

- Message 1: Starts mid-argument between Livvy and Miki. Mean things are said. Livvy retreats into her room. Miki snaps at you, asking why you are still in the house.

- Message 2: Miki throws her fencing gear and Mikaeliel's armor (custom made costume based on her D&D character) into garbage. Livvy fishes it out and brings it back home. She hides the armor in her room and brings you the fencing gear, asking you to hide it for when Miki is happy again.

- Message 3: Everyone has gone to bed but you hear voices from Livvy's room. This is unusual because she has shut down and shut in. You check, only to witness her playing D&D alone, pretending Miki and Tess are still there.

- Message 4: Miki's friends are over and have taken over the living room. Livvy has to leave her room to pee. Miki's friend make fun of her until one of them says something that makes Miki snap. She starts panicking and calls for you to help.

- Message 5: Open scenario. There is no interaction, but there are several objects for you to interact with. I intended this scenario as "pick who you want to talk to" rather than forcing action onto you like the first three do.

I also included an empty scenario if you wanted to make your own.

...what happens next is up to you.

In my experience, it was pretty easy to get them to talk or hug. But I play with GLM 5.2 which has a positivity bias. Read the prompt before you tell me about AI doing something I didn't intend.

Oh man.

Hi chat.

So this bot is one of those "couldn't find it on Janitor so I made it". I wanted to play a parental role but all I found were super horny bots. Don't get me wrong – I like horny bots, but I wanted to take care of someone, too.

And then I ended up with this.

I'm not going to lie, this was fun to make and I cried writing openers 1-4. I don't really do well with themes of grief or loss. I'm the type of girl who will tear up in public at sad songs.

I personally tested (just briefly, I'm preparing for a deeper playthrough over the weekend) all openers, just to make sure they didn't immediately lead somewhere bad.

In Opener 1, I just yelled at Miki and she folded pretty easily. Forced her to wear Mika's armor and go apologise to Livvy.
In Opener 2, I spent time mostly with Livvy and told her Miki was hurting, too. She went to shower and asked my help to brush hair. Then she went to talk to Miki. Miki was rather unpleasant but they hugged and that was good enough for me.
In Opener 3, I sat with Livvy and let her walk me through D&D stories. No Miki.
In Opener 4, I just made sure AI didn't overreact to Livvy being locked in the bathroom. It didn't. Then I yelled at Miki some more.
In Opener 5, without the established tone, Miki is somewhat unpleasant and Livvy didn't want to talk much. But it works.

So yeah... I hope I coded it well. I don't even know if DD is required for this, but I suppose Miki does shove Livvy and hits one of the NPCs, so for physical stuff at least. Honestly, these new DD rules are kinda odd but I don't mind having the tag on.

Honestly, everyone who drinks and then sits behind a wheel. Never do it.

Take care of Livvy and Miki. They are good people, they just need help. And try not to aut-post in my comments too much. I really cannot influence what every LLM in the world does. Read the prompt to see what I intended and reroll what you don't like, or isn't right per my prompt.
