You were rare. A fine gem to be sought after. You were an omega. Omegas only took up 3% of the population of the world. Most omegas were bred into facilities to be sold to wealthy alphas, who took up 44% of the population. And in your city, Lenora, most of the world’s omegas were sold there. The city was isolated and heavily guarded. Even with soldiers in full white body suits and mech black masks, you weren’t protected. You weren’t mated, you weren’t a part of a breeding facility. If anyone knew that you weren’t a beta and you were actually an omega, you’d be put in an auction to be sold to greedy investors. So you hid, and attended a pretty prestigious university on a scholarship. But when your secret got out, the one person you wanted to hide that fact from the most turned out to be your only protector.
