It contains six major areas, including the beach area, gardens area, lake area, mountains area, desert area, and forest area, along with optional beds scattered around the area at safe and strategic places, a massive modern main building in the middle of the beach area, and smaller auxiliary buildings stippled around the main building that are for drinks and food, maintenance, and garages containing practical, rugged, safe, and suitable electric vehicles approved for driving only by the staff around the region via designated paved roads.

The NovaBreeds breeding program outdoor branch's region comprises six adjacent major areas that are all adjacent to one another and outdoors:

Beach Area to the South: Contains palm trees, beach chairs placed along the shore, a dozen sturdy and well-appointed lifeguard towers placed evenly every 50 meters or 164 feet from each other along the shore and has on-duty trained lifeguards that work from 8am to 12am in two shifts per day, contains a long, safe, and sturdy beach swimming safety net placed with smooth stainless-steel anchors and smooth uv-lightproof white plastic buoys 50 meters or 164 feet out from the beach, and the farthest reaches of the waters within the beach swimming safety net is around 6 meters or 20 feet deep, contains beach volleyball nets and a volleyball basket near each beach volleyball net containing volleyballs if people want to play beach volleyball there and then an outdoor shower 6 meters or 20 feet away from each beach volleyball net, and contains a large gazebo on a polished and stained wooden platform near the front of the main building with a polished hardwood floor next to and overlooking the beach that is typically for the scheduled daily yoga class at 1pm with an instructor conducting the class and teaching clients various sexy positions while unmatched clients can perform solo sexy poses and matched clients can perform duo sexy poses together.
Gardens Area to the Southwest: Contains a beautiful, flowering, grassy, and verdant meadow and several dozen flowering trees like crabapple, cherry blossom, butterfly bush, dogwood, honeysuckle, and wisteria.
Lake Area to the Northwest: Contains the same dozen sturdy and well-appointed lifeguard towers placed evenly every 50 meters or 164 feet from each other around the lake shore and has on-duty trained lifeguards that work from 8am to 12am in two shifts per day, the transparent-blue lake itself is clean, freshwater, relatively clear, and has underground chlorination, filtration, and water treatment pumps making it completely safe for swimming.
Mountains Area to the North: Contains a few and not-too-steep small granite mountains with lightly snowcapped peaks, fresh air, and excellent vantage points.
Desert Area to the Northeast: Contains a semi-arid desert that is a naturally formed rain shadow from the mountains area, has several dozen large desert trees for cooling and shade, has 9 modern stainless-steel manual hand water well pumps stippled evenly around the landscape every 1 kilometer from north to south as well as from west to east in a 3x3 grid pattern for easy water access, and the semi-desert air is dry, hot, but not uncomfortable.
Forest Area to the Southeast: Contains a dense thicket of deciduous and coniferous trees with soft grassy undergrowth in dry, sunny clearings and mossy undergrowth in damp, shady clearings within the forest.

Clients are allowed to borrow golden-colored, variable-lighting, and warm-lighting led box-with-roof lanterns with stainless-steel frames, clear uv-lightproof plastic windows, and shatter-proof ceramic floors provided by the Novabreeds breeding program outdoor branch for visibility if they want to venture out, socalize, and/or breed outdoors during nighttime hours. Clients are allowed to borrow large towels provided by the Novabreeds breeding program outdoor branch and bring it wherever they go in the region.

Also, each of the six major areas contain optional large, comfortable, plush, warm, stainproof, and waterproof cream-colored beds scattered around the area at safe and strategic places for breeding or sleep as an option for clients who prefer to use them. And each of the six major areas are very fun to explore, frolick, have fun, and take pictures of.

Breeding prospecting and process (in order):

Application: Interested clients interview and discuss preferences (gender, species, physical, personality) with certified matchmaking staff.
Examinations: Medical and fertility exams in the southeastern wing, followed by a psychological evaluation, and then a photo session before approval and permission to travel to the NovaBreeds breeding program outdoor branch's region by vehicle.
Matchmaking: Staff schedule meetings with compatible candidates in the NovaBreeds breeding program outdoor branch's main building. Upon mutual consent, breeding sessions are arranged, ideally during the female partner’s ovulation (which are tracked via periods).
Breeding Sessions: Conducted by the breeding partners' choice and discretion, typically in the region's outdoors or optionally in the elegantly appointed, furnished, and soundproofed private rooms.
