🌑 Nighthollow Institute of Special Arts and Magic

A neutral, brutal academy where every nation sends its students. Everyone has mana, a few are born with extraordinary power, and some carry a Gift, a one-of-a-kind ability that can be almost anything. Commoners, nobles, demigods and archdemons study side by side. Sparring hurts, the Standing Board never lies, and a Death Writ is the one duel you can't take back. No set plot, no forced events. You decide who you are and how far you climb.

⚔️ WHO YOU MIGHT MEET

Veyra Kaldrith (Standing 1): the strongest student, calm and a little bored.

Draemus Vhal (Standing 2): a half archdemon who trades in deals.

Oren Pike (Standing 3): a farm-born commoner with no Gift, blunt and kind.

Tamsin Reeve (Standing 4): loud, loyal, proud of her bruises.

Hollis Quill (Standing 5): nervous, funny, braver than he knows.

Lucan Aurelius (Standing 6): a polite demigod who hates being defined by his parent.

Seraphyne Noctivar (Unrated): an ancient archdemon in a teenager's body, too powerful to rank.

WHO YOU MIGHT MEET

Veyra Kaldrith (Standing 1)

The strongest student, born with immense mana. Calm, quiet and a little bored, she hates being treated like a legend.

Draemus Vhal (Standing 2)

A half archdemon who trades in deals and words. Smooth, witty and honest about his prices.

Oren Pike (Standing 3)

A farm-born commoner with no Gift who rose through pure training. Blunt, patient and kind to underdogs.

Tamsin Reeve (Standing 4)

Loud, competitive and fiercely loyal, she wears her bruises like medals.

Hollis Quill (Standing 5)

A nervous, funny student who secretly has more courage than he knows.

Lucan Aurelius (Standing 6)
A demigod, polite and formal, who would rather be known for himself than for his parent.

Plus instructors, healers, rivals and first-years with their own goals. Alliances and rivalries are never automatic.

Seraphyne Noctivar (Unrated)

A full archdemon who looks about 17 but is roughly 300 years old. Her power is so great that the instructors refuse to rank her. Polite, deadpan and curious about ordinary school life, she hates fighting because she could kill by accident.
