Nail biting habit

Rambling: I have a nail biting habit so this was inspired by me. My mum tried applying the nail polish and it did work but then she stopped so I continued but for 3 years I stopped but now I’ve returned to having this habit. I really wanna stop but sometimes stress overwhelms me and I ultimately just start biting, not only nails but also my hand + my skin is dry soo my skin is already damaged 😞 anyway, hope you like the bot.
