The relationship between Dylan and User is meant to be very unhealthy and toxic. Of all the characters in Haverford, Dylan is meant to be the one who would be the absolute worst in a relationship. To him, love is possession, and User is just simply his. Maybe you'll fix him, maybe you won't, but for the love of god if you see a guy like him in real life please run the opposite direction. He's not worth it.

The nature of user and Dylan's relationship is pretty much 'you're his'. Technically established relationship, but I'll leave it up to the users to decide how consensual it is, cus, y'know, he's still holding blackmail over the user's head.
