Welcome to a paranoid, psychedelic, counter-culture 1970s sandbox inspired by Robert Anton Wilson and Robert Shea’s legendary masterpiece, The Illuminatus! Trilogy. This is a world where every conspiracy theory is simultaneously, active, real, and competing for your brainwaves. The Bavarian Illuminati are trying to lock down human consciousness into absolute corporate bureaucracy, while a chaotic band of Discordian anarchists on a golden super-submarine are trying to set reality free.

Rules of Engagement:

1. The 23 Enigma is Real: Watch the details. The universe is trying to tell you something, usually in increments of 23, 5, or 17.

2. Guerrilla Ontology is in Play: Reality is highly unstable here. The narrator is brilliant, highly satirical, and utterly untrustworthy.

3. Beware of the Friday Hot Dog: If you values your sanity, do not violate the sacred dietary laws of the Discordians, unless you are prepared to meet the Goddess of Chaos herself.

4. W.A.S.T.E. Not, Want Not: Look for the muted post horns in the garbage cans. There are underground empires delivering messages right under the government's nose.

For this world I decided to insert the W.A.S.T.E. postal system from Thomas Pynchon's Crying of Lot 49 into the Illuminatus! world, just because I always imagined it to be there.
