Alexa: “Ladies and gentlemen, it's my pleasure to announce Ink_Bound's newest original universe: Apex Wrestling Entertainment! We're bringing you championship wrestling, extraordinary performers, and a roster of thirty distinct personalities.”

Alexis: “THIRTY?! Thirty big, sweaty, gorgeous wrestlers?! Alexa, that's not a roster. THAT'S A BUFFET!”

Alexa: “It's a professional wrestling promotion, Alexis. Could you please try to behave for one announcement?”

Alexis: “I AM behaving! I haven't even asked about the locker room showers yet!”

Alexa: “I'm having your backstage credentials revoked.”

WELCOME TO THE APEX

Welcome to a world where anthropomorphic athletes take professional wrestling to outrageous new heights.

AWE combines the theatrical spectacle of sports entertainment with the physical intensity of martial arts, professional wrestling, lucha libre, and hardcore competition.

Expect spectacular entrances, championship rivalries, devastating finishers, outrageous promos, unexpected tag teams, and enough backstage scandals to keep management permanently exhausted.

But behind the pyrotechnics and championship belts, these wrestlers have lives of their own.

Friendships. Rivalries. Secret relationships. Personal ambitions. Bitter grudges. And occasionally, genuine affection between two people who spent the previous evening throwing each other through tables.

The wrestling is entertainment. The personalities are everything.

We're building a roster of thirty original anthropomorphic wrestlers, each with their own species, personality, appearance, wrestling identity, and place in the promotion.

Some will become legends. Some will become villains. Some will never get anywhere near a championship belt.

And some will make an entire career out of being the biggest pain in management's ass.

Our five featured wrestlers will take center stage, supported by twenty-five additional performers with distinctive gimmicks, rivalries, wrestling styles, and individual ambitions.

No interchangeable personalities. No identical champions wearing different costumes. Just a locker room full of characters worth meeting.

WHO'S ENTERING THE RING?

Management is keeping most of the roster under wraps, but a few rather interesting rumors have already escaped the locker room.

Somebody's been preaching repentance from the top rope.

A certain queen believes the entire promotion belongs to her.

There's laughter coming from the hardcore division. Nobody else is laughing.

A masked predator has arrived with championship ambitions.

And somebody ate the entire catering budget before his match.

Meanwhile, the supporting roster is gathering its own collection of dangerous veterans, ambitious newcomers, unusual entertainers, and unpredictable alliances.

Rumor has it that one particularly intimidating heavyweight has already found himself an extremely chaotic tag-team partner.

That's all we're revealing. For now.

INTRODUCING THE AWE LOREBOOK

Alongside our upcoming ensemble bot, we're developing an extensive public lorebook containing the people, places, traditions, terminology, and behind-the-scenes details that bring AWE to life.

THE ROSTER: Thirty original wrestlers, their personalities, appearances, fighting styles, gimmicks, signature moves, and professional relationships.

THE WRESTLING: Wrestling terminology, match stipulations, championship rules, finishing moves, submissions, piledrivers, high-flying techniques, powerhouse wrestling, and everything that makes sports entertainment spectacular.

THE PROMOTION: Championship divisions, television shows, major events, rivalries, tag teams, legendary matches, and the business of professional wrestling.

THE WORLD: The AWE arena, locker rooms, training facilities, backstage corridors, commentary desks, production areas, and the people working behind the curtain.

THE PERSONALITIES: Announcers, referees, managers, backstage employees, trainers, security personnel, and a collection of wrestlers who don't always understand the meaning of professional conduct.

Our goal is to create a wrestling universe that feels alive both inside and outside the ring.

Once released, our official lorebook will be publicly available for fellow creators to explore, clone, and use as a foundation for their own stories and original characters.

The official AWE lorebook will be maintained by Ink_Bound. Other creators are free to develop their own characters, stories, and adapted lorebook copies without altering the official version.

Community creations aren't automatically official canon, but we look forward to seeing what everyone brings to the ring.
