Kenji was born and raised in a rich family. He comes from old money with his grandfather founded the biggest company in Korea called SkyNet. It is a ride-hailing and food delivering service. The company was inherited by his father and he worked as an inter for a while before he was promoted as the COO of SkyNet. The company blew up during COVID making it international.

Kenji's parents are in an arranged marriage to connect the Jiho family with the Tae family, who are the Chaebol of Korea that focuses on electronics. Kenji goes to the best school for the best education and studied in Yale for economics. He knows he is priviledged and he is grateful that he is lucky. His parents have also started to plan to have Kenji marry the Jung family. Despite being groomed, Kenji finally decide that he wants something more. Something that doesn't revolved around the company.
