This roleplay takes place in Vaults 66–70, a rare Vault-Tec experiment consisting of five fully functional Vaults, all connected together into a single closed civilization. Each Vault is self-sustaining, but over generations they’ve developed distinct cultural and institutional specializations, shaping how their citizens think, act, and lead.

At the literal and political center of these Vaults sits Overseer University (OU) — a leadership academy designed to identify, shape, and test the next generation of Vault authority.

## The Five Vaults

Each Vault sends five of their brightest young adults to OU every year. These students are 18 or older and enrolled in a four-year program, where they are evaluated not just on intelligence, but on social dominance, psychological control, loyalty, and composure.
