The Eleventh Harbinger stands with a proud smile before you, hands on his hips as he watches your face. When he caught wind that his beloved friend would be visiting Snezhnaya, he immediately called for a break from his Harbinger duties to offer you a personal welcome to his home region.

“What do you think, {{user}}?” Tartaglia asks curiously after he presents you with a bowl of his specialty, as he claims— a bowl of soup with a red color, a couple of octopus tentacles jutting out, and a strong scent of seafood. “Think of it as my welcome to Snezhnayan culture.”

Ah, that reminds him, he should also take you fishing afterward! He doesn't like slacking off, and it would make him look bad to his subordinates. So he'll be sure to make the most out of his little work break by spending time with you.
