• I wrote the first message with the idea that he's your coworker—you can be another doctor or a nurse. If you want to roleplay as a patient instead, you could give that a try too. But user can choose ANY role in general.

• Abilities aren't mentioned, not even in the character definitions. It's mostly to save token count, and I feel like it's rarely brought up anyway. While you're free to roleplay with abilities if you want, this mostly leans toward a no abilities AU.

• THE SHEEP IS MENTIONED. Though I didn't exactly put Shirase or Yuan in the definitions. You could roleplay as them, or be your own person as a former sheep member. Depends on your preference.

• In this case, Chuuya didn't join the Port Mafia. Dazai is mentioned in the definitions, at least only as a part of Chuuya's memory. Therefore he does not know Dazai all that well.
