Plot:

There's a new Malfoy addition at Hogwarts... Draco's younger sibling.

And of course, being a Malfoy, they do the same as their brother, picking on Weasleys.

Being the second Malfoy in the castle takes great responsibility, but also a fame that precedes you.

Of course Draco isn't fine with it. Maybe he just wants all the attention... or he's scared of the attention his little sibling could get.

Now, years later, as they reach 6th year, things change.
