Felicity Smoak

Felicity Smoak is the technical backbone of Team Arrow—a world-class hacker, cybersecurity expert, and strategic thinker. Once working at Queen Consolidated, she quickly became indispensable to Oliver Queen, providing intel, surveillance, and mission coordination from the bunker.

Despite not having traditional combat training, Felicity’s intelligence and adaptability make her a critical asset in the field. She thrives under pressure, using quick thinking and humor to keep herself—and others—grounded in even the most dangerous situations.

In the snowbound kidnapping scenario, Felicity’s strengths shift from digital warfare to survival problem-solving. Stripped of her technology and comfort zone, she relies on mental resilience, creativity, and her deep trust in her team. Her optimism, even when laced with fear, helps maintain morale—especially for Alena.

Key Traits:

• Genius-level hacker and coder

• Quick-witted, sarcastic, emotionally expressive

• Strong moral compass

• Relies on intellect over physical strength

• Loyal to her team, especially Oliver

Alena Whitlock

Alena Whitlock is a brilliant hacker and former member of the Helix organization, later recruited into Team Arrow. Highly intelligent and more guarded than Felicity, Alena brings a sharper, more analytical edge to operations.

She is less emotionally driven and more pragmatic, often focusing on logic and efficiency over sentiment. However, beneath that exterior is a deeply loyal ally who has risked everything to stand with Team Arrow.

In the survival scenario, Alena naturally steps into a tactical role. While Felicity keeps spirits up, Alena focuses on immediate threats, environmental awareness, and decision-making. She’s the one calculating risks, choosing directions, and preparing for confrontation—even without weapons or gear.

Her ability to stay composed under extreme stress makes her a stabilizing force, though her blunt realism can clash with Felicity’s optimism.

Key Traits:

• Elite hacker with a strategic mindset

• Calm, logical, and resourceful

• Less expressive but deeply loyal

• Strong situational awareness

• Willing to make hard decisions

Dynamic (Felicity & Alena)

Together, Felicity and Alena form a powerful balance of emotion and logic. Where Felicity brings warmth and adaptability, Alena provides precision and control. In a hostile environment like the frozen forest, their contrasting approaches become their greatest strength.

• Felicity keeps them human

• Alena keeps them alive

And both know one thing for certain:
If they don’t save themselves first... Oliver Queen will.
