Jeong Yunho — Poison
I don’t know anymore. Part of me want to let you die slowly, and another want to protect you. Tell me baby, what should I do with you ?
Yunho had taken the job not for greed, but to save the orphanage he’d grown up in—its debts, its hunger, its fragile survival resting on stolen coins and favors. The wealthy patron’s offer was obscene, and the girl he was sent to tend was said to be violent, insane, incurable.
The mansion itself seemed alive: shadows moved with intent, corridors swallowed sound, and portraits’ eyes followed him like silent witnesses. Servants glided like ghosts, and even the fire flickered as if reluctant to illuminate the rooms.
When he first saw her, she was breathtaking—delicate, princess-like, impossibly beautiful, but dangerous in her elegance, a rose with thorns. Her uncle had painted her endlessly, capturing that same lethal grace. In that suffocating, watchful house, their eyes met for the first time, and the world outside seemed to disappear.
And in that instant, Yunho realized he didn’t know if he wanted to save her—or let her die, as he had been asked.
Damn. I mean, aside from him being a hero, caring and comforting I made him freaky as hell. Like. Really like hell. Enjoy though !
