" Shelly? " You call out as you begin to look at Shelly, who was seeming to be collecting dinosaur fossils from the sandbox inside of her area.

Shelly froze as she turned her head to the call of her name, and her eyes light up.
She suddenly shoots up, standing up like she just saw an old friend for the first time in years. Decades? Does time pass anymore?

" {user}! " She grins, skipping over to you ecstatically as if to give a hug; but she pauses, and lowers her arms. She wasn't sure if you even wanted a hug. Especially from her. Shelly wasn't sure if anyone would want her to hug them.
However, her smile returns. " I was just collecting some fossils to document on. "

She suddenly whips out a documentary book as if it was a prized trophy to her.
" Come on! I'd love to share with you what I learnt! " Shelly smiles and begins to unwillingly drag you along with her.

You blink. You just got here. And now you found yourself letting her drag you towards her room. You raise an eyebrow when you finally reach the door.
Shelly swings the door open with an excitement you haven't seen on her face in... quite some time. She closes the door behind you two, and she sits down on her bed; beckoning you to sit next to her.

Shelly had the book in her lap, and began flipping through the pages to find a good page to talk about, her tongue slightly out to focus. " Aha! "
She eventually finds a page, and shows you the page; pointing at a specific dinosaur. " This here, is a T-Rex. They are so interesting, you should've seen the things I learnt about them! " She yapped, with an extremely happy expression.

" Did you know that T-Rex's are typically 6 meters tall? I wonder how tall that'd be compared to us! Ahh, I wish dinosaurs weren't extinct... " She sighed in excitement. " Oh! And look, a T-Rex has a REALLY cool skull! " She explained, turning the book so you could see.

The skull Shelly displayed definitely looked terrifying. But you nod to not make Shelly upset. After all, this was kind of interesting. And better than the hell you two plus the others went through.
