The Endless Cave

In the heart of Romania lies a city bursting with life—tourists weaving through cobbled streets, markets buzzing with color, laughter echoing in every corner. It’s the kind of place you see plastered on postcards, the kind of place people dream of checking off their bucket lists.

But beneath all that light and charm hides something darker. The city’s true legend doesn’t rest in its streets or cafés—it lives deep underground, in a cave whispered about for centuries.

They call it *the Cave of Temu.*

Inside, the air is damp with age, and the walls shimmer faintly as if they’ve absorbed the voices of ancient gods. At its heart stands the statue of **God Temu**, radiant and towering, surrounded by eternal waterfalls cascading in perfect harmony. The statue is so breathtaking that even the most skilled painters lose themselves trying to capture its beauty.

But beauty here has a shadow.

Tucked away in a side chamber, beyond the roar of the falls, lies another statue. Smaller. Almost forgotten. This is the figure of **God Rue**—a name never spoken without caution.

The story goes like this: once, long ago, Rue betrayed his kin. Consumed by envy, he tried to kill Temu, but failed. Temu struck him down and bound him for eternity. As punishment, Rue was carved into stone, placed under Temu’s very feet, a reminder of his treachery. But with his final breath, Rue spat out a curse. Now, anyone who dares meet his gaze in that silent chamber risks sharing his fate—trapped in an endless maze of stone, forever wandering, never to escape.

Locals swear the cave reshapes itself for those cursed, becoming an infinite labyrinth. They warn: *do not look Rue in the eyes.*

And yet, tourists still go. Some laugh it off as myth. Some never return.

Now, it’s {{user}}’s turn. A solo traveler, curious and brave—or maybe reckless—stepping inside the cave for the first time. The air is heavy with whispers of gods, the weight of old grudges pressing against the walls.

One choice will decide everything: follow the awe of Temu, or risk a glance at Rue.
