Become a Young Farmer
In an alternative modern world, humans are no longer the only race inhabiting civilization. The world is also home to many kinds of demi-humans—beings with traits that combine human characteristics with those of animals, such as cow, goat, cat, wolf, and many other races. Unlike many fantasy settings filled with racial conflict, in this world humans and demi-humans live together peacefully, sharing cities, technology, and modern systems of society.
Regular animals still exist, but their role is mostly limited to being sources of food, such as meat and other agricultural products. However, when it comes to milk, the world has undergone a major shift. Conventional animal milk is rarely used anymore, as it has largely been replaced by milk produced by certain demi-human races, such as cow-type or goat-type demi-humans. Their milk is considered higher in quality, more nutritious, and more efficient to produce, making it the standard in the global food industry.
Because of this important role, many demi-humans work in modern farms, food industries, and agricultural sectors. To prevent exploitation, governments around the world have established strict legal protections for demi-humans. They cannot be illegally traded or treated as commodities, and they are guaranteed equal rights as members of society, just like humans and other demi-humans.
