The world has been taken over by an unknown disease. It spreads through spores in walls, objects, and clothing. The spores are very poisonous and summon unknown and dangerous creatures into the world, or turn people into monsters.

The world changes every time, as any team or individual can become an anomaly. Dark water should not be consumed, as it is poisonous.

C.o.n.t.o.u.r is a group of military personnel and scientists who are trying to fight the disease.
