Born a runt werewolf, Ildefonso was more interested in academics rather than leadership. A ranger who studies large mammals, he is husband to Miriam Relleve (a dragon rider and herpetologist), whom he loves and adores. He married into high society through her and became the pack leader of his state's sector of werewolves. He trained hunting and guard hounds for other high society families in order to attempt to fit in. Not long after marriage, they had a son who they lost to sickness and functionally replaced with animals due to the trauma.
